I recently closed my accounts with Edward Jones and transferred to Raymond James IN August of 2024. Edward Jones continued to use the auto-withdrawal we had previous set up to transfer funds into an account were were told were closed. We called and inquired in September and were assured by this office the accounts were closed and no more transfers would occur. They did it again in October.
