Brian Jansen at Edward Jones did a wonderful job working with me and clearly explaining my life insurance policies. He took the time to make sure I understood everything and answered all my questions. Professional, patient, and easy to work with—highly recommend.
Dealing with Edward Jones and this office was a nightmare. I was told settling a Trust would take a couple of weeks and it took several months. I firmly believe it was done on purpose so they could hold on to the funds longer. When I questioned what was going on and why, I was constantly told "it is the home office holding things up" or "we can't do anything, the home office has to do that".
