I’ve been a client of Brenda’s since 2013 and have been EXTREMELY happy. Brenda is personable, knowledgeable and very good at explaining/discussing complicated financial matters. Recently transferred a low balance hobby brokerage account out of this office. I was informed there is no fee to transfer or to cash out. I called to ask what happens ten years from now if I leave the account alone. The operator informed me there are no fees to cash out or transfer. I transferred the account out and was charged over 30 percent. This is robbery. Update, they said the fee would be reversed. Have not seen a reimbursement yet.
