Not only was my request honored, Becky and Diane signed cards and mailed them to each of my Grandkids congratulating them on their achievements. Customer service that goes above and beyond.
Very good financial advice ,very friendly office staff and very informed and helpful.
The gentleman that I spoke with was extremely awesome. I Actually called the wrong institute, I was looking for a different type of agency. And the dude went above and beyond to get me numbers in contacts for what I was looking for. Most would of hung up quickly once they realized you weren't looking for their services. But this guy even put me on hold to find out info for me.
