In a word...Awesome. Edward Jones men are fiduciary. Legally required to have your best interests for any trades. I like that, and it's always my first question to anyone looking to manage funds for me. Last year my return was approximately 12%. I have the freedom to decide what to buy or sell and I like that. Highly recommend people and institution.
The company’s door-to-door solicitation is completely out of touch in today's environment. Can you imagine either Vanguard, Fidelity, or Schwab engaging in such practices? It could be beneficial for EJ to explore alternative marketing strategies that respect residents' privacy. Embracing more modern and considerate approaches will not only enhance their reputation but also foster trust within the community.
Aaron was very nice and took the time to educate us on our options. His office has a very friendly atmosphere and frequently follows up to ensure we are happy and comfortable with his service. As for our investments, he has sound advice and we have seen a positive increase within a short amount of time.
