Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Jenny was super accommodating to me in explaining exactly what route I should take in saving and investing for my retirement. Highly recommended!
Tricked my girlfriend into thinking her only fee is 40 a year when there is another 5.75% on each transaction. Make sure you do your own research, she talks to you like a child with very vague analogies (lots and lots of analogies). Avoids direct questions by responding with very general answers. I'm sure that they offer a competitive product to other similar companies but jenny is very sneaky, be careful.
