Came to this jewellers after being recommended to me by a family member. I have looking at a gentleman's bracelet to which Edward James is a stockist of and the service was quite honestly amazing. I was served by Kayleigh who was extremely accommodating, friendly and very knowledgeable in regard to the item and various different combinations and customisations available. Can absolutely recommend Edward James for buying jewellery, after buying a bespoke engagement ring from them. Laura and her team were amazing - they were really friendly, attentive and helpful in taking my ideas and producing the perfect design, all for a really reasonable price. My fiancée and I are both really impressed with the ring, it's more beautiful than we ever could've imagined.
