As a NY transplant and newly retired, I was a bit nervous while searching for a local CPA. In my search I found Mr. Serra had practiced in NY also. I went over my particular inquiries and yes they addressed it throughly. I’m happy with the service provided and mostly the time I waited was unheard of up north if done properly.
