Extremely unprofessional. The secretary promised to call to give a simple file number to pay court fees. She did not, and the fees were late. When calling the office number on their website to obtain the number to pay the fees, we would be placed on on hold for 30+ minutes before hanging up. They are unhelpful and do not have your best interests at heart.
We are so glad we found Mr. Bailey 22 years ago! The public defender assigned to our 16 yr old son was worthless. Mr. Bailey listened carefully to us, made sure we had a fair judge, and acted with surgical precision in the courtroom. Now, our son just retired from the Navy, having a top-secret clearance, which never would have happened if we had lost. Mr. Bailey secured a chance at a positive future for him.
