I would give a - star but that's not a option. I sent my tax form on July 30th and they said it would take ***** hours to process. It is now August 13th and still no response, after numerous calls, emails, chats, etc. About the only correspondence that you will get is the online chat and they really can't do anything but send your message on to the right person and then that person may email you once and you respond to them and that's it.
