I wanted to express gratitude for the staff at this office. I needed to fax some documents to the corporate arm of Edward Jones. Despite me having no relationship to this office at all, the staff were friendly, sensitive, and helpful. It was a pleasure to experience their understanding and graciousness as they assisted me.
