I personally found him quite condescending and arrogant. We all felt his disrespectful tone lacked proper business acumen. His repetitive and long winded phone calls on my dollar were shamelessly drawn out for his billing benefit. As we were ready to deposit a significant amount of funds into his coffers these points became more clear and we decided to terminate our relationship mid litigation.
