Antoine is a tremendous asset to EB. He has been our GO TO person with all our optical needs. His attention to detail and unwavering commitment to his customers is unmatched. That’s why we keep coming back for more. EB also provides the brands and latest fashion that interest my wife and I.
I took a pair of Oliver Peoples to get one of the legs repaired. The rep helped me order the replacement part and stated the work would be included. When I was called the pick up the glasses, both legs were replaced and looked awful. Both sides stuck out and took away from the point of getting the frames in the first place. The rep that was present when I picked up, stated there was nothing he could do and had he been there, they would of avoided the repair all together. Worst customer service in Miami.
