Be aware of their NO returns policy! This is the first time we’ve made a purchased at Edward Beiner and unfortunately it has been a painful experience. We didn’t know about their no returns and one time exchange policy, as our salesman Eric didn’t not inform us at the time of purchase. It has been very frustrating since they have a very limited selection compared to other eyewear stores.
We have bought many glasses in our time and have never had glasses that have totally lost the tint and the anti glare disappear . They DO NOT stand behind their lens nor have we ever been to an eye glass store that doesn't stand behind their product . Glasses are less than 2 years , stored properly and not heavy wear . Extremely disapointed with this Optical store .
Emily was wonderful getting my glasses back for my trip! I really appreciate her and Gabriella for their care!
