Edit: Their online banking management is substandard. I had a fraudulent/unauthorized ACH withdrawal and the service from ECU was subpar. The result so far is lost money on a newly opened business account. Edit: They have also deleted the DocuSign dispute form and some internal messaging and will not give any information to send a certified letter on the topic to management. Rating stands.
