Only 1 outside machine in use.Went inside to deal with a real person was told I have to use a machine terrible customer service.Hope the CEO reads this ,people want people not a stupid machine.Left, going to Racine never again.I paid to much money in home loans that I paid off early to deal with machines
Walked in today 08/06/25 at around 5:45pm and was there to open an account and get more information about Educators Credit Union and was informed by the bank clerk that the new policy when depositing any forms of check (personal, business, and payroll) that there would be 9 day hold before the funds would become available. This was very disappointing as that was the reason I wanted to open account with Educators.
