I literally have to drive to another location if I want anything done more than a simple check deposit. The guy is standing there doing nothing but refusing to do anything and smiling. I drive 25 min to another location and have no issues.
I always use credit unions for my loan needs. Auto, Home, HELOC, private loan, etc. I've never had an issue with ANY credit union I've used before. I've had loan accounts at 4 different credit unions in the past 15 years with an average credit score of 790 to 845 in that time. Multiple loans paid off with each credit union. My credit to debt ratio is under 10% utilization. The Mukwonago Branch DENIED my request for a loan. I can personally say that I will not be doing business here in the future. Why have a lobby if you don't have tellers? You can't get $50s or $10s, but you can use an atm instead of dealing with a real person.
ATM never works. Tried multiple different times cant get cash cant deposit checks every time we go it's broken.
