By far the worst bank I ever used ! DO NOT BANK HERE
I haven't been to this location however my brother John, who is a man of Color worked at that one for a little and he absolutely loved it. I'll have to stop there instead of my local one when i'm in Oak Creek. I've been with Educator's 18 yrs straight and that's with me playing stupid with my checking. I can honestly say they have made some changes that many do not like, but mostly everything else stayed the same.They kept the same hours for years and haven't changed so if you are just now realizing that I feel sorry for ya'... read more
The oak creek branch is the best! Fast friendly service and any question I have is always resolved. I have been banking with educators since high school (about 13 years) and have never had a problem. Educator credit union member for life!
Everyone at the Oak Creek Branch has always been awesome I've had nothing but good experiences there and I go there quite a bit I have my business account there and they do a excellent job if they ask you for your ID or correct address is just protecting you and your account people get so upset about that and they should be thankful that they do check they've always been adequately polite some people seem to want to be treated like royalty which is ridiculous you show respect to get respect keep up the good work
