This used to be my go-to bank when they had the young gentleman as manager. Since this new manager has arrived she implements her own policies. When I went to the Robinson branch they denied any such policy that pits holds on GOVERNMENT PAYROLL CHECKS. THE SAME PAYROLL CHECKS IVE BEEN CASHING FOR 20+ YEARS. Not sure if it was because Im Black or not but she has access to all my accounts so she can see those checks would have been covered by my balance in the event they were "bad" checks. Educators Credit Union Hewitt Texas is the absolute worst, their main branch on Highway 6 is not much better. Sarah the branch manager gave out my personal information to someone not listed on my account. I've been with Educators Credit Union for over 13 years when this incident happened. They closed my account without permission. They said it had a negative balance even though it did not well at least until the person got ahold of my account that Sarah gave it out.
