Our trainer recommended this collar. With his guidance, we have used the unit. easy to understand and to use. It appears that other top trainers nationally, use the product as well. It looks well made, and it's a USA product. I look forward to "having it" if we need it. As they say, " it's a great tool, but the tool doesn't do the work. People and dogs do the work". Best e-collars in the market by far! I have purchased 2 e-collars and they are an amazing tools when used correctly. Happy dog equals happy owners. The freedom they can have when being trained humanely and properly with this tool is a game changer.
