I tried to purchase a few of these collars because we are utilizing a behavioral trainer that recommended them. Insurance is added but I didn’t notice until after the purchase was made, so I reached out via email and asked them to remove the protection or to cancel the order, since I don’t feel that customers should have to pay insurance on items they haven’t received yet. We've been very disappointed with the customer service from this company. We bought the educator collars because they were cheaper than the one our dog trainer friend recommended (the Dogtra). The Educator device itself has a very crude LCD display like the watch I had back in 1990. We ordered a replacement remote because the one we had has been acting weird for months and then stopped working. Our trainer recommended this collar. With his guidance, we have used the unit. easy to understand and to use. It appears that other top trainers nationally, use the product as well. It looks well made, and it's a USA product. I look forward to "having it" if we need it. As they say, " it's a great tool, but the tool doesn't do the work. People and dogs do the work". Best e-collars in the market by far! I have purchased 2 e-collars and they are an amazing tools when used correctly. Happy dog equals happy owners. The freedom they can have when being trained humanely and properly with this tool is a game changer. I had an issue with the first collar purchased and customer service was quick and amazing in assisting and resolving my issue.Great product and great customer service!
