The worst company to take a test. Customer service is trash, they are very rude to people. They will take your money because their system check doesn’t work. They will blame the customer for their mistakes. I lost almost 500 dollars and hours talking to customer service. ETS should do better for their customers that are recent college graduates struggling to get certify and they have the higher prices for tests and the worst service. I hope PRAXIS can be passed to another company because this one is the worst.
When interacting with this company you can tell quickly that they are about making as much money as easily as possible. The program they use for at home/online testing is supposed to be the convenient way take the test, but after experiencing it and doing research online it seems their own system has consistent issues. My system was showing everything was fine the night before, then testing day it showed something was wrong with software and I could not take the test. Stole my $130! I did a systems background check 5 times before testing to include 10 minutes before testing. I used the exact same computer for a previous test. The company says that I had a firewall protection blocker on and took my money without letting me test or getting my money back. What a horrible business!
