Stole my $130! I did a systems background check 5 times before testing to include 10 minutes before testing. I used the exact same computer for a previous test. The company says that I had a firewall protection blocker on and took my money without letting me test or getting my money back. What a horrible business!

If this organization doesn't have the slightest interest in its own retirees, who have devoted years to ETS in exchange for sub-standard compensation and benefits, how could it care about its customers, the students of the world? They took my money and when the date for my test came they brought issues up and didn’t let me take my test. I’m asking for a refund but I have been told to wait 48 hours about 2 times now. It sucks I will report this. And the worst part is no one of the representative don’t understand or speak clear English which is ironic. Shameful. I wish I could have read this reviews before paying for this scam test.

Although my testing experience was excellent and I passed all my Praxis exams, this company is very scummy to their customers. They take hundreds of dollars from broke college students (like me) to retake exams that only test patience and not teaching styles as the state requires it for certification. I take my tests on paper as I have approved accommodation and I feel like they are being dishonest in their scoring. I retook one section 4 times for Elementary Education (5001) just to get the minimum passing score. I am 4.0 h... read more
