They cancelled my scores!!
Absolutely the worst and most stressful testing experience ever. They outsource everything. The contact center could not be heard well. They had tickets accent and they were so loud. That made testing all more stressful. The results were not delayed due to technical issues. The customer support was also not answering any email questions just sending generic reply. Priyanka is the worst CS ever, I had a bad experience handled by her recently.
bought TOEFL trio package preparation test. 2 days before my real test I couldn't open my mock tests. I called but the lady asked me to email. I email them, replied by Priyanka. But she didn't solve the error until I did my actual test. Then, she gave me a trio voucher to buy the new package. She said that's a compliment because I couldn't open my mock tests. NO, that's not a compliment voucher, that is a replacement of what I bought. No Appologize and NO COMPLIMENT at all for my time wasted. I am very disappointed with this... read more
