This credit union has never helped me accomplish my financial goals. 11 years ago when I started with PGCPS my credit score needed some attention. I went into a branch to get a secured credit card because I was advised that would be the best option for my situation. The woman who assisted my ran my credit then informed me that I would need a signer. I was confused as a secured credit card is secured by the cash you deposit in order to earn the line of credit. I wish it has 0 rating they are disaster, the worst people on earth, they don’t help you with anything they are eager to take your money from your pocket. They don’t even pick up their phone they are off the table every time and end up a voice message never call you back.never see like this customer service in my life.pls don’t make a mistake like me.
