Staff always friendly and efficient.
Went into the branch as I always do. Katrina Maxfield was the person assisting me and was very rude. I made an initial transaction and then asked for change for 2 $100 bills. She was visibly upset that I asked and slammed her mouse down on the table as if what I was asking was the end of the world. Please correct this!
Pleasant and always a nice conversation with the ladies. I wish they had a security/police officer.
They switched the app, and both me and my husband cant login due to not being recognized. When I call I get put on hold FOR GOD KNOWS HOW LONG. If I choose the option to be called back, I dont get a call back. Sending multiple emails doesnt so anything because I dont get a response. Im told to use online but its not helpful if im nit recognized. This is RIDICULOUS. Its bad enough i cant get a card that taps and the chip wears out every other month, on top of not being able to use zelle. But now I cant even log in. Im done.
Where should I start, we'll let's start with the app.....it works when it wants to work also the bank cards are flimsy (cheap) and its 2026 and you dont have tap? And don't have an issue after 5pm. Good luck on trying to get some assistance. This credit union is very low budget. Step your game up!
