Horrible wait times if you call. The nearest branch is pretty far for me so I have to call in most instances. I've never had less than a 30 min wait time to talk to someone
Update: Robin, Thank You for reaching out to me,Milan did call , and with me, called my Insurance to update the Lein Holder, this took five minutes. Milan provided me the time line of the process and when my accout would be updated. As of today, my account is as expected. . My car loan was processed through this institution with Infinity of Annapolis. The car was insured when I left the dealership. Five months later this institution procured insurance and extra $4000. I called on 12/13, they said i didn't have insurance and transfer me to the insurance, whom stated it wasn't about the insurance and it was because they weren't listed as the lien holder. Sheryl was great, I heard she retired earlier this year. She learned the correct pronunciation of my name, most of the time I wouldn’t correct people out in public. Recently my bank account got hacked by scammers that spoofed the banks phone number. I have been to the Annapolis location many times the last week, and Rondell has been my light in a very dark and stressful week. The other lady there has been great too, I just didn’t catch her name.
