How come they NEVER EVER ANSWER THEIR TELEPHONES. I'VE BEEN ON HOLD FOR 1 HOUR OR MORE STILL NO ANSWER AND ITS ONLY 3:00PM
Once again, needed to make an emergency deposit of a check tonight because automatic debit is due to come out in the morning, and cannot do so because both the drive through ATM and the lobby ATM are down. Some of us work and we cannot get there before you close I'm the afternoon. You leave us in the lurch when we cannot make deposits when needed. I am at the point where I am ready to just close my accounts and take my business to a financial institution that doesn't habitually have out of service ATMs. This is ridiculous.
This credit union is only good for auto, CD and money market account in my option. I would not suggest for mortgage. They do not fund the full amount of asking. Plus they make the members pay credit check fee. Also, the call wait times and service hasn't been good for really long time. I awaiting a call back that I was promised and still no return. As soon a I finished a project, I'm pulling my money out.
This place is ridiculous, standing in line with 1 teller ( this happens frequently) and someone sitting at a desk and other employees sitting at their desk on cell phones talking about commanders game. This is definitely not a modern bank and they are not service centric
Nothing but inconveniences at this branch. Either the ATM machines are down, or the coin machine is offline. I needed to make an emergency cash deposit at the Waldorf branch tonight because I have some automatic debits coming out tomorrow - but, once again, both the drive up and lobby ATMs are down. They were both offline last week as well. They came back up, and now down again. Ghetto Systems Federal Credit Union.
