They switched the app, and both me and my husband cant login due to not being recognized. When I call I get put on hold FOR GOD KNOWS HOW LONG. If I choose the option to be called back, I dont get a call back. Sending multiple emails doesnt so anything because I dont get a response. Im told to use online but its not helpful if im nit recognized. This is RIDICULOUS. Its bad enough i cant get a card that taps and the chip wears out every other month, on top of not being able to use zelle. But now I cant even log in. Im done.
