This credit union has gone down hilll,I did complain about one staff member because she was professional and rude at the same time.I will be switching credit unions in about a month or so because they are not customer service friendly they don’t greet any more or let’s just say if they know you personally they speak but you should speak to everyone despite the relationship I’m over it you all have a great day.
Customer service is horrible and they're predatory with loans. They will not help or work with you. They will claim to do so while making every effort to reclaim. Would not recommend them for a loan and working now to get mine moved to another company
How come they NEVER EVER ANSWER THEIR TELEPHONES. I'VE BEEN ON HOLD FOR 1 HOUR OR MORE STILL NO ANSWER AND ITS ONLY 3:00PM
