Horrible horrible customer service! I live out of state and I have been trying to get to speak to a member solutions supervisor for 3 days now. There have been at least six calls on my part and I'm never able to get through to the supervisor and now I was told on the last cell phone call that the supervisor promises they were called me back and here it is 4:00 p.m. on a Friday and nothing.
Niecey Widman is the worsttttt go to person! Very confusing, misleading, rude and more. The manager Tiffany there enables her behavior. Go to another branch
Quiet, easy process
Everytime i come to this branch it’s alway something. They are barely open, and it’s never on the website that they are close.
