They are online store and have the worst turn around time & provide zero progress or updates. Told its a 6 to 8 week delivery time which is unacceptable if school uniforms is their business. Dont Shop here . I wish I had used a different store. We're still wa for our order.
You have the worst turn out ever! I've been to schools in Nogales and Tucson, and the shirts with logo do not take more than A WEEK to be ready. I have been waiting for OVER a MONTH for 2 shirts, and everytime I stop by the store they tell me that it will take another 3 days.
I placed an order online, and it showed in process for weeks. I called, emailed, messaged via the website and no response. I finally sent a final email asking for a response or my money. 6 days later I received an email saying only that my money was refunded, no apology or explanation. I would have just accepted my order being sent to me. Worst customer service.
This business needs faster service and nicer, more informative eployees. it takes 3 to 5 weeks to get embroidered shirts and they dont know how to explain sizes for children. I buy here because it is mandatory at my son's Catholic school but otherwise I would never ever buy anything from this overpriced business.

I am blown away at the amount work she had lined up to complete; however she took the time to walk me through the process. She went above and beyond with my purchase today. Thank you ladies!!

I recommend Educational Outfitters because they went above and beyond (delivering my uniforms at 8:30P.M.) because there was a little mishap. They made sure to fix things and I received wonderful customer service. Thank you Vicki!!!
