I always enjoy my interactions with any tellers here because I've never left with a problem unsolved.
They did not make me aware you can not do bi weekly payments on your mortgage. This is where you pay the same amount but save in interest on your mortgage basically screwing you out of an additional mortgage payment every year on interest. There appears to let you set up bi weekly payments but does now take out of the account.
