I usually go to the Demaree location because it’s closer to where I live, but unfortunately, the customer service there was not a good experience. The lady helping me was very rude, and I left without having my situation resolved. I ended up going to the Mooney location, and the experience was completely different. The gentleman helping me had the name “David” on his desk, I believe. He was extremely helpful, understanding, and actually took the time to listen to my situation and help me.
