Terrible experience with the loan department. The pre-approval emails leave out crucial requirements, and the staff is completely uninformed. We were given conflicting advice and turned away twice. Every time we returned with everything requested, they found a new issue they failed to mention before. A complete waste of time—we took our business elsewhere.

First time taking a bucket of coins in. I thought the machine would pay out. But instead I had to stand in a long line to get my money. It seems they always have a line . Never have enough tellers working. And when you finally get up there they have to look at your life history on the monitor before helping you. I hate that. I miss the old days when you could get in and out fast.
