I don’t know who answered , but customer service is horrible , I tried communicating with customer support but giving your customer attitude is not right , they need to teach their employees about communication skills and people skills instead of giving the customer a horrible attitude, fix their horrible attitude ! Lmao, please choose your employees more wisely !!
Very poor customer service the women who work here just tak and talk the whole time when there is such a big line.
Customer service is so slow the ladies here just talk while there is a big line I think they need to hire some new people.
Monique was Awsome ! Helped me get in and out well still being thorough with the information regarding my loan ! She explained everything to me very well . And I got a great rate with the bank itself .
