Esmeralda shut down the coin exchange machine after ONE malfunction due to a candy wrapper, a couple foreign coins & other micellanious things. never had an issue with an employee having attitude with a customer due to having to do their job. i apologized & offered to double and triple check my coins but her bad attitude was not having it. making me consider switching banks
Regina gave very poor customer service! Also why is it that only women seem to work here thats very odd.
