Services are always down, when I call to see when they'll be right back up the employees are always rude. Please do better. App/online website are always down if you need reliable banking this isn't it.
Absolute garbage. I've been a customer for over 20 years and today the lady wouldn't cash my check from my employer because she didn't recognize it. If this is how you treat customers now I'm out.
