Stephanie provided outstanding service as our notary. She listens and helps us understand the process. She made a difficult task so much easier .
Amy acct rep. was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would call what I experience as some sort of entitledment or superiority issue. I had an appt, told she was on a little break. Waited for her. Not told lunch @320. Had to approach the tellers manager for assistance twice. After already seeing her walked back 40mins prior, sipping her starbucks and scrolling her phone. Terrible service! I walked in last week and was the only person there and it took me 40min to cash a two party check and then the bank manager (Natalie)was completely hostile and extremely rude before I even had a chance to say anything!! I WILL BE CLOSING MY ACCOUNT MONDAY 5/13!!!
Poor customer service, looking for a car and personal loan and the lady had a terrible body language of not showing willing to see if I can get at leas a personal loan since the car loan did not qualify, it was like ok you don't cualify, then sorry bye I have more things to do than dealing with you. So personal of this branch got be more professional
