Great service. Employees go above and beyond. Never too crowded.
We have had accounts (2 sole accounts and 1 joint) with EECU for 7 years and had never had an issue until today. We changed banks due to reasons that had nothing to do with EECU or their service. We had closed 2 of the accounts last week with no issue. I went in to close the last one today and the bank teller Edith was rude and tried to make my husband feel dumb. At this point, glad I left the bank if they employee people with her attitude and personality.
