Natalie Huizar is amazing. She is very personable. She made the entire process quick and easy.
Absolutely AWFUL customer service. I’ve had loans and accounts with at least 5 different credit unions and have NEVER experienced the negative customer service that I have with EECU. Most credit unions are so kind and professional but these people could care less. All of my accounts are paid and in good standing with zero hiccups on my side yet anytime their platform has an issue or a representative makes a mistake there is no accountability taken, no apologies, just overly aggressive, condescending representatives. I do not reccomend this credit union for anyone looking to have quick access to their money. They make it hard for you by not having temporary cards when yours is lost, stolen, or their atm machine does not return it in error. In the aforementioned instances you will have to wait 10-14 business days for a new card. They have limits on how much of YOUR money you can take out a day from both the atm and inside the branch.
