Rude staff. They make it incredibly difficult to call in a payment. As soon as they find out my wife is calling in my auto loan payment, their mood, tones, attitude, and respect levels change!
ATMs never work, they’re never able to solve problems with your account, mobile app is horrible. I love Golden 1 and plan to make the switch.
