I want to take the time to share my gratitude toward claudia! She was awsome! I left work in a rush to ensure i made it before closing time. I came in for an auto loan, she was very thorough and ensured to answer my questions. We went over and I ended up leave 6:05pm and in no time was she rushing the process. I really appreciate her taking the time and allowing me to complete this process in 1 trip, especially being hard with my work schedule. Thank you Claudia! Also the staff that had to wait were very patient as well!
Went in this morning and waited 21 minutes. Two managers talking and avoiding customer eye contact. I asked a male manager to please help me so I could return to work. He replied “ I had call ins, I appreciate your patience “ 21 min wait! Since when are managers above tellers? The line was to the door!! This is why I moved my business account to Chase.
Love the EECU Crew. They have always been super helpful. Just wish we could get a hold of someone at the local branch. Having to go through their phone cue all the time is irritating.
