Best finacial institution I've ever had and I'm a fossil. Excellent service.
My debit card chip stop working for a few days so I stop by to get a replacement. The manager there took my card from me and told me a new one will be mailed to me in 3 day. She said there can't be 2 card floating around for security reason. I was shocked because I am left without a card. Confused how is 2 card floating around when I didn't even get a replacement yet.
