Don’t go here for testing. Olivia was unprofessional and they are rude in answering your questions. They make you feel incompetent when you ask. Go to CATs bc those are actual doctors and they spend a full hour with your child vs at education specialist they nearly spend 30 mins. This was for my 3.5 year old. They also ask you to pay an additional $100 if you want the results explained and all Olivia did was read the results back to me. I cannot recommend this organization more highly. Our son was misdiagnosed by a highly popular Houston doctor who specializes in children with learning differences. We experienced several years of very, very difficult times as a result of the negligence of this doctor. As a result of the tests performed by Education Specialists, we were provided with the accurate diagnosis and treatment plan that resulted in a complete turn around for our son. Both of my children have tested at this facility multiple times. The test administrator has always been friendly, professional and very helpful. My daughter has anxiety about testing and they were able to put her at ease. I would absolutely recommend this facility.
We had a very good experience with Education Specialists. The tester was professional and thorough and answered all of our questions in an easy manner. My son felt very comfortable during the entire process. They also got results to us very quickly. I would highly recommend Education Specialists.
My daughter was tested here today, and I must admit I was a bit apprehensive after reading the previous reviews. However, we were treated with much professionalism and courtesy. Scheduling the appointment was easy- the scheduler was very accommodating with our schedule. My daughter felt comfortable with the tester, and the appointment was on time and thorough. I would highly recommend this company to others.
