Education First FCU has been my bank since about 2010! Even though I have lived 3 hours away for the past 7 1/2 years, they always go above and beyond to keep me as a satisfied member. They have done my loan paperwork electronically, which is great and super convenient! The member services team is always friendly and helpful. I like that if there is a questionable charge, I can just send a message through the banking app, and they quickly help resolve the issue. I highly recommend this bank.
