Andrea is the absolute best! I have received excellent service and would highly reccomend!
Came in today to open an account outside of my normal bank. The representative stated the Manager would help me in 5-10 minutes. She talked to the Columbus detail officer for that amount of time. Never came out of her corner office . I asked for a business card for Ms. Andrea to let her know that I was much sad at the service received because the reviews were good from prior customers. Oh well!! I'll stay with my normal bank! Thank you for the experience Far East location.

I love this bank. I'm very inexperienced with banking and they are so helpful and respectful here. They've helped me understand and grow my credit and helped me to become more responsible with my money. Nothing but good things to say. Also the app is very convenient!
