Wow! 🤯 this place is great! I have never been much of a bank person but they have went above and beyond! They have assisted me and have always been very nice! I am lucky to have been referred here by a friend! I cannot ask for a better bank! If you need to find a car ask for Jay he is the loan officer and is patient and will not steer you wrong! He set me up with such a good car loan! 2.5% APR AND AFTER I PAY THE $18,000 off for the car (4 year loan) I get the $18,000 back ! And NO PENALTIES FOR PAYING OFF EARLY!
Make sure you don't do any business with this place. I had a loan I pay my loan and they keep adding charges so I need to pay more . Do not trust them or do any business with them
Usually I like places like this because it seems like they deal with a lot of racially disadvantaged people such as myself but I feel as if I was getting rust or pushed off when I was trying to open up an account some lady asked me can I just do it online because they are short staffed this made me a little bit uncomfortable because I was already patiently waiting so then I start thinking like damn why she say something to me and it made me uncomfortable to even sit there anymore because I have anxiety and I felt like I wasn... read more
