Rented a van from Ed’s. The van was in decent shape but had numerous warning lamps on, check oil, collision avoidance working etc. That really wasn’t an issue to me. The reason for the rating is that when I picked the van up at 10:15 Sat I was told it had to be back same time. I dropped the van off at 10:12 Sunday. When I received my invoice I noticed a “rounded” up pick to 10am and a drop of at 10:30am. Again no big deal. My issue is being charged $5.40 for a late fee. Ed’s was great to deal with . I was waiting for the preferred provider of my insurance company to secure a car. , they kept telling me they had a car for me and 2 days later still no vehicle available. I called Ed’s and within a half hour I was walking out of their office with keys. The car was great and it was super easy to deal with them on both the pick up and return. After they received payment from my insurance company , they issued me a refund on my portion of the payment , because I returned the car a day early . Woul... read more
