I rented a cargo van from Ed’s… it was in excellent working condition, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I have never rented a vehicle before so they helped with the process and were transparent with me. The rental fee was fair and I received my safety deposit back immediately upon return. Overall 10/10 experience, would go to Ed’s for all my rental needs
We used this for our Church to bring a larger group to Sight and Sound in Lancaster, PA. Staff was extremely helpful leading up to and including the pick up of the vans, But on the way we found out that the backseat was drenched and anyone sitting back there got a soaked butt. The staff at Ed's are very courteous, professional, and friendly! All the vehicles that I have rented have been first rate and great to drive! I highly recommend doing business with these good people.
I recently got a 2013 Impreza from Ed’s USA. I got approved and got my car in under 2hrs! Very nice reps and explained everything and answered all my questions!
I was nervous because I never rented a vehicle before. Everyone was wonderful, from Brandon to Sue to Tammy!!! It was so simple and easy! The prices were way better than Enterprise!! I will definitely go back to rent one again! Thank you for taking a stressful experience and making it so easy! I really appreciated everything
