RIP OFF ARTISTS EDs muffler is definitelly not out there to help you but squeez every last dollar out of you they can.. I went in to get four short pieces of scrap tubing. On the phone they seemed nice and helpfull. They told me it would be 14 dollars. When I got there they grabbed a couple of pipes from the scrap bin and told me it would be fifty dollars. after I told them I was told 14 dollars, one of the workers went in and talked to the head man. then came back out and told me 25. nothing above and beyond here Do not believe in the lies! Will have you sign and agree to do work then make every excuse not to warranty anything. I went in for a catalytic converter and after agreeing to a price and a one year warranty, they did the work. After the work was done I was told they will not honer the warranty. Got the speech that he has a degree and was made to feel stupid. Will NOT go back. WORST experience EVER
truck driver Eds mufflers lie about honesty.They don't stand by there warranty. They try to get you to forget about the problem, till they find away to worm there way out of warranty.Do to this last experience,after being a customer for the last 10 years.I will not be going back to Ed'S MUFFLERS ever.
