I purchased several clutches which were defective, and was told to ship them back (at my expense) and I would be refunded. I shipped them as asked, and still havent seen the refund. I have called and called and called. I leave messages, I get the run around. They tell me Jeremiah isnt in (the rep) or he will call me back, or he just stepped out. Its been months.
