We are a busy office that relies on this one printer that is serviced and monitored by Endron. I don't know what the other customer is talking about. Their Customer Service is always available and their response is swift. Our rep will walk me thru programming anytime. Very happy with this company and the people who provide support.
We purchased a product that simply did not work. After months of not returning phone calls and emails, being given the run around, and changing answers, the final email was for us to "dontate the product, or scrap it for metal" - Absolutely terrible customer service and management that does not stand by their products or service. I could not in good consious recommend this company to anyone.
