i’ve had a similar problem as the gentleman had a year ago with this software company. i paid my real estate taxes online only to find out the payment wasn't process. i then sent a check to pay my taxes only to receive a call that i had double paid. after some communication with the county i was told that the transaction did not go through and that i would be charged a return fee of $50. i have since asked to be provided with the information i keyed into the payment system only to be told your company does not keep this info... read more
