I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this company was so disturbing that I feel obligated to warn others. The owner’s (Paula) behavior was shockingly rude and completely unprofessional. From the moment I interacted with them, they were dismissive, condescending, and openly hostile. Kim was fantastic 1st visit she addressed all areas of concern with massage and how tight my muscle were , so pleased with how it went already scheduled a second massage in 2 weeks
I have had many massage sessions, and all different types in many places...Amber Swain has been the best I have had ever! Her attention to detail and skill set was far above. Unfortunately for her she was getting a tough task with the condition that my body was in, but she took the time to assess and tailor my first session for me to get the necessity I needed.
