I first saw Thomas about five years ago for a lower back strain. He gave me great advice, and helped me manage the pain before a trip. I saw him again today at his new location in Ritchie Mill, and I’m happy to say he’s still the same warm, knowledgeable guy! He was really helpful with his assessment, and proactive with suggestions for strength and mobility exercises to help me avoid potential injury. Payment was really simple, I e-transferred him right away and received a receipt from him for me to claim.
