I was referred to Sunny and Jody through a friend. I attended the very informative First Home buyers seminar that Sunny held with a team of a Broker, Realtor, Home Inspector and Lawyer. My mortgage was coming up for renewal so I called this office. I was pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable and helpful Sunny was. I was offered a very competitive interest rate. Although my bank was willing to match the rate, I still went with Sunny's services. I almost felt as if I was his only customer. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a mortgage. This office is also family owned, and Sunny is a very nice guy with a great family.

Sunny did an excellent job assisting with my mortgage needs. We were under the gun as time was short and with Sunny's help we were able to move our mortgage to a new institution with an interest rate that was almost half of what my bank wanted me to renew at. Given the time pressures it was only though Sunny's dedication were we able to get the mortgage transferred, avoid penalties that I thought were unavoidable and all did it happily. If you need a mortgage, call Sunny!!!!
