The most stressful airport I've been to. I've flown from Toronto, Detroit, Nashville, many more airports larger than this and these guys spend literally 5-10 mins checking a car booster seat and an infant carseat. Nearly 40 mins checking in a 23 kg baggage at Flair Airline (gonna be the last time flying with them, this airline is so incompetent). They ask you to take out all your baby food individually and place the on the trays. Toronto YYZ didn't do this because they understood it's baby food and scan through while in bag ... read more
I am at this airport maybe twice a year. Great airport. But please for the love of everything holy clean the bathroom in the international baggage claim area! It is nasty
Best daily treat/drink deals (non-alcoholic) are at Cookies by George. Every day there is another item for 50% off. Today (Monday) matcha lattes were on special. I got a large hot matcha latte with coconut flavour for just over $3! So good!
I love the vending machine inside the airport just in case you needed something. Some airport staff are friendly, faster security and easy to navigate terminal layout. Very close to different hotels and it offers a free shuttle from airport to hotels.
