I could not be happier with Don and Edmonton Eviction Services. The service provided was prompt, professional and affordable.
I have not personally used this company’s services, but I’m sharing this as a community advocate. As someone who works with the homeless, Indigenous communities, people with disabilities, and those facing housing instability, I find businesses like this troubling. The owner of Edmonton Eviction Services is a friendly guy named Don. He was so helpful, walking this new Landlord through the intricate eviction process. He spent time explaining the process and timelines etc. even though he was extremely busy. Literally always answered texts immediately. As fate would have it, we didn’t need his services, as the tenant left voluntarily, but had she not, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Dons company. He was kind, patient and so understanding. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Don has a ton of experience and is very cordial with his assistance. Wouldn't be surprised if he could even assist with some heavenly evictions for those who think they live in the clouds!
