Really positive experiences with Don and this service. He and his team were an instrumental support for me in getting a tenant evicted. They handled everything, follow up was prompt, clear next steps and solid advice. Don made himself available to answer questions and always got back to me. I would highly recommend Don and his team for any tenant issues and would use them again in the future. They saved me a lot of stress and handled everything.

I hired Edmonton Eviction Services to evict a tenant with a history of violence, threats, property damages, and non-payment of rent. Don kindly came to my office and we completed the initial paper work. After that they took care of application, serving the documents, appearing on my behalf and serving the notice. ****** 6 stars is for Peggy Bowers, who showed up at the property several times to serve the documents.
