Very loyal customer always recommended my family and friends until, I went in because my battery was leaking, still under warranty, first person I showed it too, he told me that I put the battery on its side, I never did, and told him, then he proceeded to tell me "it's impossible, he never seen it 2 years of his life", then I told him, "I don't know why it's leaking", "I'm not a battery expert that why I bring it to you guys", he said "you don't need to be a expert to know batteries", no help at all, until my dad ask for th... read more
They tested our battery and told us there was no problem there,just took a few minutes and we were on our way,
We drove down for my dad's birthday from Kelowna and stopped for gas and the car wouldn't start, got a jump and my brother said to pop over to Edmonds. Pulled in and the gentleman said to pull it in the bay and he would test the battery. Dead battery! He had the test, new battery in and us on our way in less then 10 mins. We didn't miss dad's birthday! Very grateful for fast, FRIENDLY service and very reasonable price! You deserve more then 5 stars!!!
