Extremely poor quality furniture and absolutely rude and terrible costomer service. Middle of the couch has a piece of wood that broke right in the middle- because the middle leg of the couch didn’t even touch the ground. They will not honor the warranty. Don’t shop here. Not online, not in person, not ever.
I placed my order on December 6th. Today is December 29th and still I don’t have my sofa. When I inquired the customer service rep told me “oh we’re waiting on the carrier to pick it up..” 3 weeks later and I guess we’re still waiting for this mysterious trucking company to pick up the sofa. Unless you are prepared to wait, look elsewhere.
Furniture arrived rusty. What else is there to say?
I purchased a side table and coffee table from this company. The side table came first and I have been struggling with their selected delivery service for the past 2 months trying to receive my coffee table. Their delivery service only delivers to selected areas once a week and they do not work with you on the day they deliver. I live alone and do not have someone that can be home to accept the delivery when they want to deliver on a day that I work.
